3. Bookings and Payments

• Booking Confirmation: A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email or SMS from Hamari Booking or the respective service provider.
• Pricing: All prices are listed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) and may include taxes, service fees, or additional charges as clearly indicated.
• Payment: Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking. Accepted payment methods will be listed during checkout.
• Third-Party Charges: Your bank or payment processor may impose additional transaction fees, for which Hamari Booking is not responsible.

4. Cancellations, Refunds, and Modifications

Cancellation and refund policies vary by service provider (hotel, car rental, airline, event organizer). You are responsible for reviewing the specific cancellation policy displayed before confirming any booking.

• To request a cancellation or modification, email info@hamaribooking.com or use your account dashboard.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the provider’s policy and may take 7–14 business days.
• No-shows or early departures are generally non-refundable.

5. User Responsibilities and Account Security

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and booking.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Notify us immediately at info@hamaribooking.com of any unauthorized use of your account.

6. Prohibited Activities

You may not use Hamari Booking for:

• Fraudulent, false, or misleading reservations
• Reselling or scalping event tickets or bookings
• Damaging, interfering with, or hacking our website or systems
• Violating any applicable local, provincial, or federal laws in Pakistan

7. Third-Party Providers and Liability

Hamari Booking is not liable for:

• The quality, safety, legality, or accuracy of any third-party service (hotel room, rental car, flight, event)
• Overbookings, cancellations, or changes made directly by the provider
• Personal injury, property damage, or loss resulting from use of a third-party service

Any disputes arising from the actual service must be resolved directly with the provider. We will, however, make reasonable efforts to assist you as an intermediary.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website – including logos, text, graphics, icons, and software – is the property of Hamari Booking or its licensors and is protected by Pakistani and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hamari Booking and its directors, employees, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific booking giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hamari Booking, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of our services.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of Hamari Booking shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation. If unresolved, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Islamabad, Pakistan.
